SS77 Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

• Each individual may register only one account.
• Multiple members of the same household may open separate accounts; however, verification may be required if the same device or payment method is used.
• Opening an account for corporate or business purposes is not permitted.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold under any circumstances.

Identity Verification (KYC)

SS77 reserves the right to verify the identity of all members. Prior to withdrawal or for transactions above a certain amount, copies of a national ID, passport, or driving licence, as well as proof of payment method, may be required. Withdrawals may be held until the KYC process is complete.

Account Security

Keeping your account password secure is your responsibility. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

Deposit

Deposits at SS77 can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are stated on the platform's payment page. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact support.

• Deposits must be made from the registered member's own payment account only.
• Deposits from third parties are not accepted.
• Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days to process.

Withdrawal

Your KYC verification must be complete before you can make a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours. The withdrawal amount cannot exceed your total deposits, and withdrawals may be restricted until any active bonus wagering requirements are met.

Transaction Currency

SS77 processes transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currency conversion fees may apply for foreign currency transactions. SS77 does not charge transaction fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses come with wagering requirements, meaning the bonus amount must be wagered a set number of times before you can withdraw. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a BDT 100 bonus means you must place BDT 3,000 in bets.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Bonuses are typically valid for 7–30 days; any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.
• Using multiple bonuses simultaneously is prohibited unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise.
• SS77 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if abuse is suspected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the SS77 platform. Violations will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software
• Harassment or disrespectful behaviour toward other members
• Operating an account with a false identity or fraudulent information
• Using bots or automated software to play games
• Using third-party payment methods

SS77 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for any reason. Accounts are typically closed under the following circumstances:

• For violations of the Terms and Conditions
• If KYC verification has not been completed
• Upon detection of suspicious financial activity
• At the member's own request
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)

Member's right to close their own account

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account. Bonus balances will not be returned once the account is closed.

Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may close your account.
